BridgeUSA Overview

Programs under BridgeUSA

BridgeUSA encompasses a variety of programs that cater to different age groups, professional backgrounds, and interests. Some of the key programs include:

Summer Work Travel Program

The Summer Work Travel Program allows international university students to work and travel in the United States during their summer vacation. Participants gain practical work experience, improve their English language skills, and explore American culture. Intern Program

Similar to the Intern Program, the Trainee Program targets professionals with post-secondary degrees and at least one year of work experience in their field. Teacher Program

The Teacher Program enables international educators to teach in accredited primary and secondary schools in the United States. Participants bring diverse perspectives to American classrooms, enrich the learning environment, and enhance cultural understanding among students and staff.

Camp Counselor Program

This program allows international participants to work as camp counselors in American summer camps. It focuses on promoting cultural exchange, leadership development, and outdoor education. Participants mentor campers, lead activities, and immerse themselves in the camp community.

Au Pair Program

The Au Pair Program offers young people the chance to live with an American host family while providing childcare. Au pairs attend educational courses, participate in family activities, and experience American life firsthand. This program emphasizes cultural exchange, language learning, and personal development.

Specialist Program

The Specialist Program invites experts in various fields to participate in professional exchanges in the U.S. Participants share their knowledge, collaborate with American counterparts, and contribute to mutual understanding and professional development.

Secondary School Student Program

This program allows high school students to study at an American high school and live with a host family. Participants experience American education, make lifelong friendships, and develop a deeper understanding of U.S. culture.
